The Country BookshopPFLAG Southern Pines, in conjunction with PSA: Public School Advocates, has filed a Title IX Complaint with the Office for Civil Rights. "PFLAG – Southern Pines and Public School Advocates (PSA) contend that the Moore County Schools’ “Parents Bill of Rights” and its accompanying “Principal Implementation Guide” discriminate against students, staff and families on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation."
